Ben Roethlisberger continues to be doubted time and time again. However, I do think Ben has a little gas left in the tank. He can’t do it alone though.
I think Ben will need help from Najee Harris and his receivers and it will also depend on the quality of his offensive line play.
This offensive line is completely different than years prior, as the Steelers have lost Maurkice Pouncey, Ramon Foster, Alejandro Villanueva, and David DeCastro.
There are also a few others added to that list, however, those were the guys that really stuck out. Although the Steelers have some new faces that could end up making an impact, such as Trai Turner and Kendrick Green.
I don’t know, I feel like Big Ben could surprise some people this season. However, I think it’s important to manage our expectations/hopes. He’s not getting any younger, but Ben is a future Hall of Famer. It would be nice to end his career on a Peyton Manning-like high note. A lot of things will need to happen in order for that to happen.
