It's been well known that we at Renegade Blitz are huge advocates of bringing Najee Harris to Pittsburgh. However, there is a very strong chance that the Dolphins or perhaps another mystery team will take Najee before the Steelers' 24th pick.
So, what can be done? Well, the Steelers could perhaps trade up before the Dolphin's 18th pick. However, if they do that then they are giving up some more capital later in the Draft for a Running Back. I wouldn't honestly advise that move because of all we are going to be needs we are going to have at other positions.
Our hope is that the Dolphins fall in love with another player. However, it might be hard to fall in love with someone other than Najee at pick 18. If the Dolphins take him, I would hope the Steelers address the Offensive Line in the first round and then look for another running back in Round 2/3.
I know we love this guy, however, I don't know if this situation warrants a trade-up. I know he's a great player, but I think it would take too much to make that move. Still, I'm hoping the Dolphins choose another player. Only time will tell.
