It is not very often you see two teammates fighting each other on the sidelines. Well, we got a good glimpse of it today involving defensive tackles Isaiah Buggs and Carlos Davis. CBS panned to the Steelers sidelines during the game and it showed Buggs pushing Davis then David hitting Buggs in the head. Tomlin then stepped in with Chris Wormley to break them up. That was a very unusual fight, but after the game, Tomlin was asked about it.
"We got some gamecocks, and sometimes they fight a little bit, but all in the right spirit."
Tomlin had to deal with Antonio freaking Brown so he can handle a couple of gamecocks on the sidelines. Glad to see the Steelers being very passionate out there because the playoffs are coming. That is when we get to finally see what the 2020 Steelers are really made of. For now, just consider Carlos Davis and Isaiah Buggs a little squirmish. Nothing to see here.
