TJ Watt gives back to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh

TJ Watt is not one to shy away from giving back to the community of Pittsburgh. His brother JJ Watt would give back toward the Houston area constantly. It seems to be in the Watt's DNA to give back to their communities where they play football at. Watt recently called the City of Pittsburgh an 'amazing football town' on the Pat McAfee show and he says he would rather play no where else other than Pittsburgh.

Watt recently went to the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh with his girlfriend Dani and did a meet and greet with many of the patients in the hospital according to CBS's Bryan DeArdo. During the meet and greet each patient received a limited edition New Era beanie with the proceeds going to the Children's hospital for everyone sold.

Rachel Petrucelli (President of the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation): "T.J. Watt is a great champion of PNC Children's, it really inspires the kids that we serve and the families that support them to keep doing what they're doing at the hospital to get well, to fight and to know that there are people in the community that are cheering them on."

TJ Watt said he would do anything to give back to the community of Pittsburgh. He would do anything to help brighten a child's day especially one who needs to get better in the hospital. He loves giving back to the community while seeing the big smiles he brings to each child he meets.

Watt on the City of Pittsburgh: "It's so cool to see just how respectful people are of my time," Watt said of his interactions with Steelers fans during a recent appearance on the "All Things Covered" podcast with Bryant McFadden. "Nobody wants anything. They just want to say hello. … I have nothing but good things to say about the people of Pittsburgh."
