Man, once again, that NFC East is terrible. The Eagles lead the division with a 1-2-1 win/loss record. They tied with the Bengals. Who aren’t to be slept on, however, that is a game that the Eagles should have won? They beat the 49ers which is a pretty injury ridden team with Nick Mullens at Quarterback.
This week, they play Ben Roethlisberger and the ruthless Steelers Defense. I expect our defensive line to have a field day against a banged-up Eagles Offensive line and to force some turnovers against Carson Wentz who hasn’t been having the best year.
Another position group who might succeed against this Eagles team would be our corners. Joe Haden, Steven Nelson and Mike Hilton should have a big day against this very inexperienced room of receivers outside of DeSean Jackson.
Some early predictions for this game are:
1. Big Ben throws 2 Touchdowns.
2. James Conner goes over 100 yards from scrimmage.
3. TJ Watt has a multi-sack game including a strip sack.
4. Minkah Fitzpatrick gets an interception.
