The Steelers announced today that they've signed first-round pick Najee Harris to his rookie contract. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Harris is slotted to make $13.1 million in his four-year contract, which is fully guaranteed.
On Instagram, the Steelers posted a photo of Harris signing his rookie contract.
Harris finished his college career at Alabama as the all-time leading rusher with 3,843 career yards, along with having the record for all-time touchdowns with 57 (46 rushing, which is also a school record, and 11 receiving). Harris' 4,624 all-purpose yards rank second in school history.
The Steelers' rookies that remain unsigned are second-round pick Pat Freiermuth and third-round pick Kendrick Green. Those signings should be coming up in the near future.
