News broke this morning that the Steelers-Titans game scheduled for this week will be moved to another week. More Titans staff and players have tested positive for Covid-19. The Steelers should fight like hell to keep their Week 8 bye. After all, it is not the Steelers fault the Titans tested positive for Covid-19. Having a week 4 bye after going 3-0 can be mentally challenging because the Steelers have found their rhythm. The NFL should consider moving the 2020 season back one week. We will see what they come up within the coming days to see if they really did have a backup plan in case this situation happens.

The NFL sent out a statement this morning in regards to Steelers-Titans

The Pittsburgh-Tennessee game scheduled for Week 4 will be rescheduled to later this season after one additional Titans player and one personnel member tested positive for COVID-19 today. An announcement of the new game date will be made shortly.

The decision to postpone the game was made to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel. The Titans facility will remain closed and the team will continue to have no in-person activities until further notice.

Cam Heyward has asked the NFL via Twitter if this is the Steelers bye week or not because the Steelers have continued to practice. Mike Tomlin has said the team plans on moving forward even with the news about the Titans testing positive for Covid-19. Many questions still need to be answered with the NFL and we hope to get them this week.
