The Steelers are facing many Free-Agent decisions and this decision for the Steelers might be a difficult one as well. Tyson has been a solid piece of the Steelers Defense for the past few years. The once First-Rounder is now almost 34 years old and could have played his last snap in the league.
If he was a little younger I would love to bring him back again for a couple of years, but the recent injuries and the age kind of scare me with him. Still, for the right price I think he could be an asset for this team for the next year.
There are some cheaper options out there most likely, however, Tyson Alualu has been a favorite of many and a great locker room presence for this team for the past few years. I could see the Steelers bringing him back on the minimum for another chance at the Super Bowl.
Tyson filled in very nicely for the loss of Javon Hargrave and proved himself to be quite pivotal Nose Tackle for this Steelers Team last year. I hope to see him back. However, it has to be for the right price.
