Steelers reportedly had representation at Trevor Lawrence's pro day

Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence had his pro day this morning and to no surprise, he did it in front of several head coaches and general managers. Lawrence is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft by the Jaguars.

However, teams that have no shot at drafting Lawrence are still in attendance. One of those teams is the Steelers, who according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network had some type of representation at Lawrence's pro day be it coaches, personnel people, or area scouts.

With a player like Lawrence, it's not surprising that the Steelers would have members of the organization in attendance even though there's no chance he'll fall to No. 24 when the Steelers pick in the first round. The Steelers still have to do their due diligence in scouting, as Lawrence could be an opponent in the AFC for the next decade-plus.
