It was revealed this morning that the Steelers would play the Bills in Week 1, but about 15 minutes before 8 p.m. tonight, the Steelers released their entire 2021 schedule. The Steelers will appear in five nationally televised primetime regular-season games in 2021, highlighted by two Monday Night Football games at Heinz Field, the first one coming against the Bears in Week 9 and the second one occurring in Week 17 against the Browns.
The three other primetime games are the following -- Week 6 at home against the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football, Week 11 in Los Angeles against the Chargers on Sunday Night Football and Week 14 in Minnesota against the Vikings on Thursday Night Football.
The Steelers have the toughest schedule in the league in 2021 based on their opponents' combined record of 155-115-2 (.574) in 2020. It includes 10 games against 2020 playoff teams, counting the Browns and Ravens twice.
The Steelers will have their bye in Week 7.
