Steelers-Cowboys injury report

The Steelers were back practicing today at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex on the South Side in preparation for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Tyson Alualu, who suffered a knee injury in the first quarter against the Ravens on Sunday, did not practice for the second consecutive day, which means Isaiah Buggs could get the start against Dallas. Buggs (ankle) was limited at practice yesterday and did not practice today, but he expects to play against the Cowboys.

"I am ready, and I am prepared," Buggs said. "Learning from Tyson, (Stephon) Tuitt and Cam (Heyward), those guys I have been around for two years. Just watching those guys, learning how they play and do things around here, I am sure I am ready for the opportunity."

Stefen Wisniewski (pectoral) was activated to the 53-man roster yesterday after being on the injured reserve list, but he missed practice for the second consecutive day. Mike Hilton (shoulder), was limited for the second straight day and safety Jordan Dangerfield (quadriceps) was a full participant for two days in a row. Cameron Heyward, who suffered a quadriceps injury late in the game against the Ravens, was a full participant for the second consecutive day.
