Steelers-Cowboys injury report
Updated: Nov 5, 2020
The Steelers had their first practice of the week at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex on the South Side today in preparation for their game against the Cowboys on Sunday.
Tyson Alualu (knee) and Stefen Wisniewski (pectoral) did not practice today. Alualu got injured in the first quarter against the Ravens and missed the rest of the game. Mike Hilton (shoulder), who did not play against the Ravens, was limited at practice today. Isaiah Buggs (ankle) was also limited. Jordan Dangerfield (quadriceps) and Cameron Heyward (quadriceps) were both full participants. Heyward suffered a quadriceps injury late in the game against the Ravens, so it's good to see that he's practicing as a full participant this early in the week.
Ben Roethlisberger and Maurkice Pouncey did not practice today but it was not injury-related, as they both had a veterans day off.
Wisniewski did not practice today, but earlier in the day the Steelers activated Wisniewski to the 53-man roster after being on the reserved/injured list. Wisniewski was placed on the list after suffering a pectoral injury against the Giants in Week 1. In a corresponding move, the team placed Ulysees Gilbert (back) on the reserve/injured list.
