Ranking the Steelers 'Limited Edition' Jerseys

5 - Bumble Bee Uniforms

The Bumble Bee Uniforms were first worn by the Steelers in 1934 and brought back in 2012. You either love these uniforms or you hate them there seems to be no in between. They are the most debated uniforms in the NFL that is until they were finally retired in 2016. Personally these uniforms were very unique although many people often referred to them as Prison uniforms. We loved them, but there are many out there who truly cringe every time they see them.

4 - 75th Anniversary Uniforms

The 75th anniversary uniforms were first worn in 1960 and they lasted until 1962. Following the 1962 season, the Steelers stopped wearing their gold helmets and switched to the black helmets that you see today. In 2007, the Steelers brought back the unis from the 1960s in honor of the 75th anniversary of the franchises finding. The Steelers had a 7-3 record when wearing the uniforms and they were retired after the 2011 season.

3 - All-White Uniforms

The Steelers' all-white uniforms made their first appearance in 1970 and they were retired after the 1971 season. Being that these unis didn't last long they're forgotten by most Steelers fans. I would honestly not mind seeing the Steelers bring these uniforms out of retirement.

2 - Block Numbered Throwback Uniforms

The Block Numbered Throwbacks were brought back on Nov. 10, 2019. These were used in the 1970s and come in second slightly ranked below the Color Rush. The numbers are amazing and the overall jersey has a historic feel to it.

1 - Color Rush

The Color Rush Uniforms were first used on Dec. 25, 2016. These are the Best in the NFL and the Best Steelers Uniform in the History of the Franchise.
