When Le'Veon Bell departed to the Jets, many Steelers fans were upset that we let our franchise Running Back leave. Le'Veon Bell was unstoppable in Pittsburgh. The only thing that really slowed down Bell was his injuries and him holding out for a larger contract deal.
Still, the Steelers made the right decision letting him walk. We are seeing proof of that now. He's just fell off, I feel like the Jets never used him to his full potential. However, he never made too much of an impact on the Chiefs.
However, Le'Veon Bell is still choosing to bet on himself, and yesterday, he went on a little Twitter Storm where he continued to bet on himself and made sure people know he would be back in 2021 with a vengeance.
I wonder though, is it too late for Bell? I'm rooting for him. However, he seems to have hit his wall. He's never been the same since he's left Pittsburgh. We've seen flashes, however, nobody has seen the consistency since leaving Pittsburgh.
Just watch some Pittsburgh Le'Veon Bell highlights, you'll see what I'm talking about, the guy is an animal. However, his time in Pittsburgh has passed. It's time to hop on the Najee Harris bandwagon and not jump off. With any luck, the Steelers can match and or exceed Le'Veon Bell's production.
I wish Le'Veon the best of luck. However, I have a feeling his best days are behind him. I wish we could've got him a ring in Pittsburgh. He definitely deserved it. However, everything happens for a reason.
