Najee Harris is making waves around the Pittsburgh area throughout the offseason after he was drafted in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. He has done several community service initiatives with the organization and plans on doing a ton more. One of the biggest things he would like to do during his time in Pittsburgh is give back to the Community. He stated that right when he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I knew Harris would be a special player in Pittsburgh, but I did not realize how good of a person he is as well. That is exactly why the Pittsburgh Steelers grabbed him right away in the first round because he is not only an elite running back, but he has elite character on and off of the football field too.
Harris announced on his social media he will be throwing out the first pitch with the Pittsburgh Pirates today. I can almost guarantee Najee Harris could probably be a starting Pitcher with the Pirates because the organization has been awful throughout the years. Regardless it was great to see Najee Harris throw out the first pitch. He didn't embarrass himself either! We are now less than 100 days left until Najee Harris takes the NFL by storm with the Pittsburgh Steelers!
