Najee Harris tells Todd McShay to 'kiss his ass' with his disrespect toward his receiving game

It seems like all three premier running backs going into the 2021 NFL draft have been widely regarded as a first-round and second-round prospect so far throughout the pre-draft process. Najee Harris has been considered a first-round prospect and has been getting a lot of attention from the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, and Buffalo Bills. Not only is Harris a great running back, but he has shown the ability to line up on the line like a wide receiver and run great routes against cornerbacks during his time in Alabama. That is what makes Harris so special which is his versatility.

Adam Schefter recently read Todd McShay's scouting report on Najee Harris to him during his recent interview on the Adam Schefter Podcast. Schefter asked Najee how he felt about it. Harris said McShay could kiss his ass and how is he gonna say that he saw better production in my passing ability?

Najee Harris on not being able to showcase his catching ability: "I didn't have an opportunity to show I could catch. So let's stop looking at a stat sheet and watch the game of football. In my junior year, I had better opportunities. I led the country in receiving touchdowns as a running back. You don't need to pass the ball to a running back if you have guys like Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs, Devonta Smith, and Jaylen Waddle. What do you need to pass the ball to a running back for?"

Harris continued to say during his junior year he didn't get the opportunity to catch the ball as much because Alabama had big-time wide receivers. Heading into his senior year he was used more in the passing game because Jeudy and Ruggs left Alabama. Harris said in his senior year he had to step up in the running game, passing game, and pass-blocking game because there was nobody really on the edge other than the two guys Alabama has. So Harris ended up telling ESPN's Todd McShay he could kiss his ass in regards to his scouting report.
