The Steelers All-Pro Safety has already begun his offseason training regimen. Minkah is heading into his fourth season in the NFL. There is no doubt like TJ Watt that the Pittsburgh Steelers will pick up Minkah's Fifth-Year option. Both TJ Watt and Minkah Fitzpatrick were named First-Team AP All-Pro for the 2020 NFL season. Both should be locked up immediately in Pittsburgh and will get lucrative contracts in the near future.
Minkah Fitzpatrick has been training at Florida Atlantic University during the offseason so far. He was seen taking a picture with 'GodMadeSmith' and posted it on Instagram. The Sunshine State is much better to train rather than cold British Columbia like Chase Claypool is training in. Minkah will look to build off of his 2020 season going into 2021. He only had 4 interceptions in 2020, but he was not targeted many times while on the football field. It looks like teams were mostly throwing toward Terrell Edmund's side as he had 50 targets in 2020.
Minkah has been quiet on social media as that seems pretty normal coming from him. He generally is a very quiet player who loves to let his talking play out on the football field. 2021 should be a big season for Minkah.
