The Steelers love drafting Ohio State players, so it's not a surprise that Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert are at the Ohio State pro day today.
Most eyes will be on quarterback Justin Fields at the pro day, but I'm sure Tomlin and Colbert will take a close look at running back Trey Sermon being that the Steelers are in much-need of a top-tier running back on their roster. As always, Ohio State has a slew of other prospects that Tomlin and Colbert, along with the rest of the league will be evaluating.
Steelers' offensive line coach Adrian Klemm is also in Columbus and was seen talking to Buckeyes offensive lineman Wyatt Davis. Center Josh Myers is another player that the trio of Tomlin, Colbert and Klemm should be watching closely as well.
The Steelers have drafted four Ohio State players during Tomlin and Colbert's tenure, which is tied for the most of any college. Two of those selections were first-round picks -- Cameron Heyward (2011) and Ryan Shazier (2014). The Steelers also selected Santonio Holmes out of Ohio State in the first round in 2006, which was under Bill Cowher and Colbert.
