Jadeveon Clowney has been a journeyman over the past couple of seasons in the NFL. So far he has played with the Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans, and now with the Cleveland Browns. The Steelers will get to see Clowney 2 times a year now in what has started to become a heated rivalry between both teams. Steelers players still view the Baltimore Ravens as bigger rivals, but they better start taking some notice in regards to the Browns because they just got eliminated in the Wild-Card Round at Heinz Field in 2020 by that team.
It looks like one Pittsburgh Steeler is taking notice that the Browns organization has decided to sign Jadeveon Clowney to a one-year deal. Eric Ebron took to Twitter yesterday and said he is sick and tired of playing against Clowney because he has been playing him since High School. Ebron says he is tired of it. I am sure that is just him joking around, but Clowney still should be taken seriously by the Pittsburgh Steelers going forward.
Now Ben Roethlisberger will have to watch for Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney coming from both sides. It is smart for the Browns to beef up their defensive line because they know the Steelers offensive line has been struggling over the past few years and if they can get to Ben much quicker than previous years it will put them at an advantage. So expect the Steelers and Browns to heat up even more because now the Steelers will have to watch both edges when playing Cleveland in 2021.
