Draft Kings gives Najee Harris the Fifth-Best Odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year

Normally the NFL loves to give the Offensive Rookie of the Year to a quarterback or wide receiver before they give it to a running back. This season could be a bit different because the Steelers have found their elite running back in Najee Harris.

Just due to the sheer workload Harris is going to receive he should have a monster rookie season with the Steelers in 2021. That is if Mike Tomlin and Matt Canada decide to not hold him back as they did with Chase Claypool in 2020. If I were the Steelers I would let Harris eat all season long. After all, that is why you drafted him in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft... To come in and become your bell-cow!

Draft Kings recently released their odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year and they ranked Najee Harris fifth overall. Notice 4 quarterbacks are above him. That is normal because they feel quarterbacks are more valuable than running backs, but if Najee Harris can put up 1,000 rushing yards on the ground and Pittsburgh makes the playoffs then he will have a good argument to become the 2021 Offensive Rookie of the Year.
