This year's "Hard Knocks" series will feature "America's Team." Yes, Jerry Jones' Cowboys will be in the spotlight once again. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported today that the Cowboys are expected to be selected to appear on this season’s five-episode series on HBO’s. An official announcement is likely to come as early as today.
Schefter notes that the debut episode will be on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at 10 p.m. The Steelers play the Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton on Thursday, Aug. 5, so the Steelers should be featured in "Hard Knocks" as well. It would be from the Cowboys' perspective, but it will still be interesting to see how the Cowboys prepare for the Steelers in the Hall of Fame Game and whether they catch anything noteworthy from the game.
