According to Mike Garafolo and Aditi Kinkwabwala of the NFL Network, the Steelers are bringing Chukwuma Okorafor back. Okorafor had interest elsewhere but decided to re-sign with the Steelers. Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, it's a three-year, $29.25 million deal for Okorafor that includes $20.5 million in the first two years.

Okorafor's deal includes $9.25 million guaranteed and it's backloaded, as his cap hit in 2022 is just $4.3 million.

Okorafor, 24, was drafted by the Steelers in the third round out of Western Michigan in 2018 and has started 31 games at right tackle in the last two years.

Okorafor is by no means an elite offensive tackle, but he is serviceable. Pro Football Focus gave him an overall grade of 63.6 in 2021. Okorafor was also credited with allowing just two sacks last season. Okorafor's biggest issue is just consistency and discipline. According to PFF, Okorafor had 11 penalties in 2021, which was tied for second among offensive linemen.
