Chase Claypool had a spectacular rookie campaign with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2020. It could have been better if Mike Tomlin would have released him more on the football field, but it seems the Steelers wanted to take some mileage off of the young rookie. Chase never hit a rookie wall either in 2020. Although the Steelers thought he would at some point. They were wrong. He finished the 2020 season with 62 receptions, 109 targets, 873 receiving yards, and 9 touchdowns.

Claypool on his 2020 Rookie Season: “Breaking a couple of records, breaking some rookie records and some franchise records is insane to think about, but it’s not all you play for, you know, the records probably won’t be talked about that much. Hopefully, we can stack some pretty good seasons together and head to the Super Bowl one of these years."

Now Claypool is looking to break out even more in his sophomore campaign in 2021. His offseason plans are to go home to British Columbia and visit with family. Then he will be traveling around training in California, Houston, and Florida.

Chase posted on Instagram yesterday that he was training in Abbotsford, British Columbia. He also did a photoshoot with Gibi Saini. You can see the full photos below as well as the training video.
