Bleacher Report has the Steelers drafting Najee Harris at No. 24 in their Newest Mock Draft

There is one thing in common with many of the mock draft's in 2021, the Steelers are going to either select an offensive lineman or a running back in the first round. The Majority of the mock drafts who have the Steelers taking a running back have them selecting Najee Harris the most. It would make sense because the Steelers were giving Najee a lot of attention at the Senior Bowl. So obviously the Steelers are very interested in Harris.
Bleacher Report recently released their latest mock draft. They have the Steelers selecting Najee Harris in the first round at No. 24. They feel the Steelers are temporarily settled at quarterback with Ben Roethlisberger leading the way for one more season. The next step is making sure they capitalize on what may be Ben Roethlisberger's final run.
The Steelers finished 32nd overall in rushing offense in 2020. If the Steelers were to add a featured running back and fix the offensive line that would help them become contenders in 2021. Claypool, Johnson, and Ebron are a strong foundation for the passing attack, but Bleacher Report says the Steelers need help on the ground. Najee Harris would give the Steelers a completely different dynamic back.
The solution to helping fix the Steelers running game may be going back to the bellcow days of Le'Veon Bell, Jerome Bettis, and Barry Foster. One of the only draft analysts who say the Steelers should go with Javonte Williams rather than Najee Harris is Daniel Jeremiah who recently said he will be moving Williams above Harris. If Najee Harris, Travis Etienne, and Javonte Williams are there when the Steelers pick at No. 24 the Steelers have to pick Najee Harris.
