Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season will bring a big matchup between the Steelers and Bills. The Bills are expected to have a full stadium and this will be the first time the Steelers have played inside a full stadium since 2019. Both teams played each other last season and the Bills ended up winning the game after picking apart the Steelers heading into halftime. Both AFC teams are expected to be a contender for the Super Bowl going into the 2021 season.
During the NFL offseason, you will see many NFL players getting together and practicing. Mason Rudolph, Chase Claypool, and Michael Pittman Jr. got in some work during the offseason. It also seems like Chase Claypool has been on a traveling tour while getting in some work for the offseason with many other NFL players.
Many videos of Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs have surfaced throughout the offseason so far. There was a viral picture of him standing on the field watching the Chiefs celebrating their AFC Championship after the Bills lost so it is not surprising to see the spotlight being put on the Bills and Diggs heading into the 2021 season.
An interesting video surfaced recently where CB Joe Haden and WR Stefon Diggs are working out together at JLT Performance. Both are scheduled to meet during Week 1 when the Steelers face the Bills and I would expect Joe Haden to be matched up with Stefon Diggs during that game.
Diggs managed to pull in 10 receptions for 130 receiving yards and 1 touchdown against the Steelers in 2020. It should be interesting to see both of them matchup in 2021 and I hope Joe Haden will make the necessary adjustments to contain Diggs in Buffalo on September 12, 2021.
