The third edition of Ben Roethlisberger's docuseries "DIFFERENT" was released by Rep 1 Football on Sunday, and Roethlisberger revealed some interesting information on how his lower body injuries have been affecting his mechanics when it comes to throwing the ball.

Roethlisberger has been dealing with a hip injury this season and has been wearing an extra pad on his hip. Roethlisberger also talked about his legs hurting.

"Because my legs and my leg specifically have been hurting so bad, it's really affected like my mobility, throwing, like subtle movements in the pocket. Feeling like I can step in and make a throw has really been affected because of how much it hurts. So, I'm trying to compensate by using all arm. I noticed like in the Packer game, I opened my stance way up. I wasn't stepping on my target. I was opening up and then maybe I'll overstride. Basically just trying to figure out a way to make it all come from here up. 'Like just forget the bottom part. Let's just work the top. Like core and arms.'"

Roethlisberger elaborated that he wasn't stepping into his throws because of the pain in his lower body and was just trying to compensate and make something work.

Roethlisberger also admitted that he's "not playing well" and that he felt during the three-game losing streak that he just didn't "feel right."

The episode was recorded after the win over the Broncos and Roethlisberger said going into the Denver game that he said to himself, "I got to find a way. You got to know how to like compensate. 'Alright Ben, I don't care if it hurts. You've done this long enough. Figure it out. You know how to make it happen.'"

Roethlisberger said it's a unique new challenge for him with dealing with a hip injury, as just little movements are hard for him.

The Steelers beat the Seahawks in overtime in Week 6 and are currently 3-3. They're coming off their bye week and travel to Cleveland this week to face the (4-3) Browns in a crucial AFC North matchup. The Steelers have 11 games left, so it will be interesting to see how Roethlisberger plays down the stretch. Five of the last eight games are on the road, as well.
