Today is St. Patrick Day in the United States. Bill Cowher recently went on Steelers.com with Art Rooney II and Merril Hoge to have a St. Patrick's Day Conversation. During their conversation, Bill Cowher made a special announcement during the conversation. Cowher announced Art Rooney II will be his presenter at the Pro Football Hall of Fame Ceremony.
Bill Cowher: “To me it was a no-brainer,” Cowher said in the video. “You knew me before and you knew me after. It was all about the dynamics of family. We were one big family. Yes, you were held accountable, and yes, you had to make tough decisions. But no one knows me better than Art Rooney. Art, it is an honor to have you present me.”
Cowher will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, August 7th with the 2020 Pro Football Hall of Fame Class. The reason why they're doing the 2020 Pro Football Hall of Fame Class in 2021 is being they had to postpone it last season due to Covid-19. Five Pittsburgh Steelers will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the Weekend of August 5th. They're Bill Cowher, Donnie Shell, Troy Polamalu, Alan Faneca, and Bill Nunn.
