Antonio Brown actually positively acknowledged Ben Roethlisberger

It's been well documented that Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger haven't been on good terms ever since their falling out at the end of the 2018 season. It basically was a power struggle, and Brown felt Roethlisberger had too much say. He also wasn't happy about Roethlisberger throwing him under the bus on his in-season weekly radio show, which has since been discontinued.

Brown ripped Roethlisberger on social media throughout the offseason in 2019, but since getting back into the league and his life back in order, Brown has been pretty quiet on social media and focused just solely on his career with the Buccaneers.

However, Brown actually positively acknowledged Roethlisberger when he spoke with the Tampa Bay media yesterday in regards to being the fastest to 900 receptions in NFL history.

"That's something I'm really grateful for, but I couldn't do it by myself," Brown said. "Being able to play with great quarterbacks, Ben Roethlisberger and Tom Brady, it's a blessing to play with guys like that."

The chemistry that Roethlisberger and Brown had was one of the best in league history. I mean, over six years, Brown's numbers were astronomical. Six straight seasons of over 100 receptions and 1,000-plus yards receiving and at least eight touchdown receptions. Brown was without a doubt the best receiver of the 2010s. And yes, he'll be in Canton someday, despite the off-the-field issues.

It appears that Brown is at peace now down in Tampa Bay. And Tom Brady has really had a profound impact on his life and career. Hopefully, someday Brown can make amends with Roethlisberger and bury the hatchet, as Roethlisberger played a big role in Brown's Hall of Fame career, as well.
