The Cleveland Browns have a lot riding on this game. They are really hoping for a win here so they can walk into the playoffs with some momentum. For this game I’m going to attempt to preview the matchup between the Browns and the Steelers.
1. JuJu Smith-Schuster has big game. I predict JuJu Smith-Schuster will be the player to end the Browns playoff hopes. JuJu will run hard and fight for the extra yards and he’s able to have a 100-yard day + two touchdowns through the air. The Steelers will definitely need a game like this from him if they are able to win this game.
2. Baker Mayfield struggles. I think this will be another game that Browns fans will see Baker really struggle. He’s a really good quarterback however, I just feel like he struggles on those bigger games. I still feel like he’s the Browns’ long-term answer at quarterback. However, he definitely seems to have some struggles he needs to iron out to truly take himself to the next level.
3. Ray-Ray McCloud hits pay-dirt. I predict that we finally see him return a punk or a kick for a touchdown. We at Renegade Blitz have been clamoring for it all season. So, is it finally the time for it to happen? This is the last game for him to do it in season. So, I’m going to try to predict it into existence. However, if he wants to wait till the playoffs that’s okay too.
It would be nice to put away the Browns' with Mason Rudolph. It would make a really good story and put an end to the Mason Rudolph and Myles Garrett saga. We'll see, this is a game we could easily lose. However, I think this team has got the makeup to potentially win this game and shock the Browns.
